Skitter's Story

My mother gave birth to me and my sibling in early October of 2014 and left us under a neighbours deck while she looked for a suitable home for us. She later returned and took my sibling away but never returned for me. Life was beginning to look bleak for me with no food, the weather turning cold and strange animals called raccoons prowling nearby. Fortunately, Wendy the owner of the house, heard my tiny cries for help and gave me some food and milk. Wendy asked Dave, her neighbour, if he would keep an eye on me while she was at work. Dave who was a big pushover for my pitiful cries and big sad eyes took me in and gave me a home. Dave is learning quite well, but it will take time to get him fully trained.
